Welcome to Circle of 2 Ranch. By using our website or purchasing livestock from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and individuals who interact with our ranch or website.
1. Nature of Our Sales
Circle of 2 Ranch sells finished steers in whole, halves, and quarters for personal consumption. All animals are sold as live livestock until delivered to a processor. We do not sell packaged beef online and do not process animals ourselves.
2. Processing & Butchering
All processing, cut instructions, aging, wrapping, and packaging are performed by independent, licensed processors. Because processing is outside our control, Circle of 2 Ranch is not liable for:
- Hanging time or aging decisions
- Cutting or wrapping errors
- Packaging or labeling
- Yield differences
- Any mistakes made by the processor
Buyers are responsible for providing their own cutting instructions directly to the processor and for paying all processing fees.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve an animal. Deposits are non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Final payment is due before or at the time the animal is delivered to the processor.
4. Refund Policy
Once an animal has been harvested, it is no longer alive and cannot be returned. For this reason:
- All sales are final
- We cannot offer refunds for processor errors
- We cannot offer refunds for yield differences
- We cannot offer refunds once the animal has been delivered for processing
5. Weight Estimates
Any live weight, hanging weight, or finished weight provided before processing is an estimate. Actual weights vary based on the animal and the processor’s handling.
Circle of 2 Ranch is not responsible for differences between estimated and final weights.
6. Animal Health & Quality
We take pride in raising healthy, well‑finished steers. All animals are sold “as is” at the time of delivery to the processor. We do not guarantee specific marbling, yield, or grading outcomes.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate cutting instructions to the processor
- Pay all processing fees directly to the processor
- Pick up processed beef within the processor’s required timeframe
- Maintain proper storage and food safety after pickup
Circle of 2 Ranch is not responsible for beef left unclaimed at the processor.
8. Website Use
Our website provides information only. We do not sell products online. By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site.
We may update website content at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Circle of 2 Ranch is not liable for:
- Processor mistakes
- Packaging or labeling errors
- Delays caused by processors
- Loss of product due to customer storage issues
- Any damages arising from the use of our website
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Circle of 2 Ranch for the animal.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
