Circle of 2 Ranch sells live finished steers in whole, half, and quarter shares. All beef is processed by independent, state‑ or federally‑inspected processors. Because processing is performed by third‑party facilities, Circle of 2 Ranch cannot guarantee specific yields, cuts, packaging, or grading outcomes.

All weights provided before processing are estimates only. Final hanging weight and finished weight vary by animal and by processor handling. Circle of 2 Ranch is not responsible for differences between estimated and actual weights.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing cutting instructions directly to the processor
• Paying all processing fees
• Picking up beef within the processor’s required timeframe
• Proper storage and food safety after pickup

Once an animal has been delivered for processing, all sales are final. No refunds are offered for processor errors, yield differences, or customer storage issues.
